Delivery
We want your ergonomic furniture and accessories to reach you as quickly and smoothly as possible.
Stock items: We aim to deliver within the timeframes shown on each product page (often sooner).
Non-stock or made-to-order items: Lead times may vary, but we’ll keep you updated with regular ETA notifications.
Assembly
Most desks are delivered flat-packed for self-assembly, and some chairs may require minimal assembly. Our Height Adjustable desks prices comes with our ergonomic being on site to install the desk at any location of your choice within the UK.
Delivery Method
We work with trusted national couriers for all boxed deliveries.
All boxed deliveries are made to your front door, reception, or goods-inwards area.
Please sign for all items as “unchecked” to ensure that any courier damage claims can be processed if needed.
On Arrival
Please check that:
- All items are present and match your order.
- There is no visible damage.
- Any shortages, errors, or damage must be reported in writing within 24 hours (or by the next working day). Claims made outside this timeframe cannot be accepted.

- Boxed chair: Free Delivery
- Boxed Desk: Free Delivery
- Height Adjustable Desks: Free Delivery + Setup

Returns
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item isn’t quite right, we’re here to help you find the best alternative or arrange a return.
How to Request a Return
Before sending anything back, please complete our online returns request form (link at the bottom of this page). Once we’ve reviewed your request, usually within 24 hours, we’ll confirm the next steps.
If your order was not placed online, please refer to the returns form provided with your order acknowledgement for the specific returns process.
Change of Mind
If you’ve purchased online, you can cancel your order any time from the moment you place it until 14 working days after the day you receive it. Simply let us know in writing (email, letter, or returns form).
All returned goods must:
- Be in perfect condition
- Be in their original, intact packaging
- Include the Returns Note we provide
Unfortunately, items returned without original packaging cannot be refunded.
Sending Your Return
Please arrange carriage-paid delivery during business hours. We strongly recommend using an insured, tracked courier service (such as DPD, Royal Mail Signed For, or TNT) and keeping proof of postage. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are non-returnable unless faulty including:
- Unsealed software
- Made-to-order or personalised products
If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll process your refund in 5 working days as long as the return meets the conditions above.
