Our registered business name is Vaughan Ergonomics, and we operate throughout the UK.

2. Ordering

• Orders can be placed through our website at any time.
• Once your order is received, you’ll get a confirmation email.
• If an item is unavailable, we’ll notify you and offer an alternative or refund.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices shown include VAT (where applicable).
• Payment is taken securely at the time of purchase.
• We accept all major debit/credit cards and online payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Delivery

• Free delivery on all products across the UK mainland.
• Height-adjustable desks include free setup at your chosen UK location.
• Delivery times are shown on product pages. Non-stock or made-to-order items may take longer, and we’ll keep you updated.
• Deliveries are made to the front door, reception, or goods-inwards area.

5. Returns & Refunds

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return items free of charge.
• Returns must be in original condition and packaging.
• Refunds are processed within 5 working days once your return is received.

6. Faulty or Defective Products

• If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately.
• We’ll arrange a free return or replacement at no cost to you.

7. Exchanges
