But wait…how do virtual DSE assessments work?

Step 1: Video Consultation

We start with a video call where one of our trained and certified assessors will talk you through any discomfort or issues you’re currently experiencing. This helps us understand your individual needs and working habits.

Step 2: Workstation Review

During the call, we’ll guide you through the correct setup of your workstation. This could be adjusting monitor height, chair position, desk height and the placement your equipment to ensure everything is aligned properly.

Step 3: Measurements

You’ll then be asked to take a few simple measurements of your workstation. These measurements allow us to accurately recommend the right chair, desk or accessories tailored to your body and workspace.

Step 4: Personalised Report and Recommendations

After the assessment, you’ll get a detailed report outlining any ergonomic issues that we’ve spotted, along with ergonomic advice and equipment recommendations to improve comfort and reduce the risk of injury.
